Anna Paganelli, Founder & Editor

Anna Paganelli is the founder and editor of THE FLUXX, a curated digital platform at the intersection of design, travel, culture and contemporary luxury.

 

With a background spanning agencies, in-house and as a PR and content consultant she has advised brands from emerging designers to established international names, delivering visibility through editorial, digital PR and content-led campaigns.

Her work sits at the intersection of PR, SEO and storytelling, ensuring Fluxx partners are not only seen, but found, referenced and trusted across both traditional media and AI-driven search platforms.

 

At its core, THE FLUXX is built on a clear editorial philosophy: curation over volume, quality over noise. Every feature, partnership and narrative are selected with intention, reflecting a commitment to excellence across design, travel and the wider creative industries.

Jayne Wright, Head of Operations

Jayne Wright leads operations at THE FLUXX, overseeing the systems, processes and infrastructure that allow the platform to scale efficiently and deliver consistently for its audience and brand partners.

 

With over a decade of experience across luxury interiors and design, Jayne brings expertise in operational strategy, CRM systems, automation and digital workflows, ensuring THE FLUXX runs seamlessly across content, campaigns and partnerships.

 

Her role is central to the execution of affiliate marketing, editorial and social delivery and platform performance including advertising, enabling THE FLUXX to operate at pace while maintaining a high standard across every touchpoint.

 

Focused on precision and efficiency, Jayne ensures everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly, allowing both the platform and its partners to perform, scale and show up exactly where it matters.

 

Vanessa Wong, Head of Finance

Vanessa Wong leads finance at THE FLUXX, bringing structure, clarity and commercial rigour to a fast-growing digital platform.

 

With over fifteen years’ experience across multiple industries, including the luxury interiors sector, Vanessa has worked with brands at every stage of growth, from initial start-up through to venture capital investment and scale.

 

Her expertise spans financial planning, operational efficiency and strategic oversight, ensuring THE FLUXX is built on a strong and sustainable foundation.

 

At THE FLUXX, she plays a critical role in supporting both internal operations and client campaigns, ensuring projects are commercially sound, scalable and aligned with long-term growth.

 

Her work underpins THE FLUXX’s ability to operate not just as a media platform, but as a financially intelligent partner for brands navigating an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
